The IT Support Technician's duties include troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues, setting up computer networks, and assisting employees with IT-related problems. The IT support staff also works with the Director in maintaining risk management documents including, but not limited to PHI, HIPAA, BAA, and HITECH.
