  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as lotion). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • What locations do you ship to?

    We are offering free shipping within the United States for orders over $50! Be sure to take advantage of this promotion before it's over (we normally offer free shipping on all orders above $90). We package & ship orders throughout the United States; transit time will vary from location to location. 

    How long does it take to arrive once shipped?

    All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible through many of our domestic warehouses, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We typically take 1-3 business days for handling & processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 10-20 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, and natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information, including the carriers, is provided with every order. Every order is ensured, if your package does not arrive you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please reach out to connect@drericaandyou.com for additional assistance in this matter. 

    Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

    Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

    What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

    Each order will be sent with insured shipping & handling to prevent lost packages. If your order happens to get lost in transit or returned to us for any reason send us an email at connect@drericaandyou.com. The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package. Please see our refund policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations. 

    Extended delays

    In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
